Time Attack Shootout Series. The rules are the same between the Subaru v. Mitsubishi on Aug 7th, Ford v. Chevy on Sept 18th, Euro Octoberfest Oct 23rd. The event is open to all makes and models but the prizes will go to the specific challengers.

The Pits at the Honda Time Attack Event at Adams Motorsports Park
Time Attack Tuesday draws great attendance as AMP hosted another round of the Honda Time Attack series presented by Eibach. The competition which was the second out of a three part series drew in drivers as far as San Diego to put down their best lap times against other Honda enthusiast.
The event featured four driving classes to suit each competitors experience and skill level. The fastest driver each class (Novice, Street, Race, Open) were rewarded suspension products from Eibach and intake filters from K&N. Taking fastest time in Novice class was Alejandro Encines driving a Civic hatch with a time of 00:51:63. Driver Raymundo Castillo who won the Novice class in the first event of the series in his 09 Honda Civic returns to the winner circle even after being bumped up to the Street class with a time of 00:48:99. John Lugod in his Honda S2000 also made a return to victory in the Race class with a time of 00:44.85 which was over 1 second of his best time back in June.

Honda Time Attack Winners at Adams Motorsports Park
Winning our Open class and fastest overall time was Global Time Attack driver Kevin Courtney in his S2000 putting on a clinic and a blazing time of 00:44:33. As overall winner, Kevin was also awarded a pair of brand new performance axles from Insane Shafts. Next and final Honda Time Attack event will be at Adams Motorsports Park on July 31st from 6pm-9:30pm.
